The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of Delaware, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Delaware;
  • Be under 500% of the federal poverty level (FPL).

Application Instructions

Potential clients with questions about and/or wishing to enroll in the ADAP program may contact the administrative office at 302-744-1050. Individuals will be referred to a case manager, who will help them get benefits.
