The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of Georgia, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Georgia;
  • Income at or below 400% FPL
Application Instructions

Georgia ADAP services are available to all eligible residents of Georgia. There are 28 enrollment sites located throughout the state, inclusive of five (5) approved sites located in metro Atlanta.
