The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of Idaho, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Idaho;
  • Be under 500% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
  • No insurance or underinsured for coverage of medications and HIV monitoring labs
  • Not an inmate of the State or Federal Corrections system
Application Instructions

ADAP applications are completed by clients with the assistance of their case managers. To find out more about MCM services, ADAP, or IDAGAP, contact the Idaho Case Management Agency nearest you.
