The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of Indiana, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Indiana;
  • Income 300% or below the Federal Poverty Level.
Application Instructions

All referrals to ADAP should be done by a care coordinator. See map of care coordination sites for contact information.

Note: Indiana views ADAP as a temporary support if there is a waiting period before the Health Insurance Assistance Plan (HIAP) insurance coverage begins
