Nevada

The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of Nevada, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Nevada;
  • Income Level at or below 400% Federal Poverty Level
Application Instructions

Nevada currently has universal eligibility for the enrollment of services meaning there is only one enrollment process for all services. Before you enroll in the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), you must first meet the requirements for the Nevada Ryan White Services, determined by completing the Universal Eligibility Application Packets which can be found on our website.

Once eligible for Ryan White Services, your enrollment coordinator can refer you to ADAP services. Once this referral is received, applications are processed within 14 business days. If you have less than seven days of medication, you may receive an emergency referral that is processed within 48 hours.
