The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the Territory of Guam, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of Guam;
  • Have an annual household income that does not exceed 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien
  • Enroll in medical case management
  • Registered as a patient at Northern/Southern Region Community Health Center
