The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.
Eligibility Criteria
In the State of Idaho, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:
- Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
- Be a resident of Idaho;
- Be under 500% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
- No insurance or underinsured for coverage of medications and HIV monitoring labs
- Not an inmate of the State or Federal Corrections system
Application Instructions
