The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria

In the State of West Virginia, to be eligible for ADAP enrollment, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
  • Be a resident of West Virginia;
  • Have a family income of less than 500% of the Modified Adjusted Gross Income
  • Have no other form of reimbursement such as Medicaid or full insurance coverage
Application Instructions

Medical case managers serve as access persons for clients who wish to acquire services through Part B.
