Directory of AIDS Drug Assistance Programs

The AIDS Drug Assistance Program ( ADAP ) helps ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS who are uninsured and under-insured have access to medication.

Eligibility Criteria: 

To be eligible, HIV infected residents with a family income less than 400% of the federal poverty level who are not eligible for other forms of reimbursement such as Medicaid or full insurance coverage (ADAP will cover co-pays for eligible residents with insurance) must complete the applications at the Department of Health and Human Resources. 

Application Instructions: 

Medical case managers serve as access persons for clients who wish to acquire services through Part B.

State covers some form of HCV drug therapies as part of their approved drug formularies: Yes
